Colour Bank Services Ltd is a well established family business, based in Suffolk, in the picturesque coastal town of Aldeburgh and with an administrative office in the neighbouring town of Leiston. The management and supervisory team have well over 30 years of experience in the industry.
Our general building, plumbing, electrical, decorative and general property maintenance services, are tailored to the exact requirements of our clients. Our jobs and projects are professionally specified in detail, fully estimated and are supervised and monitored throughout. Our services include overall project management as required, and all work is formally guaranteed.
Many of our clients are not permanently resident in the local area. Therefore, it is essential that they have a reliable, efficient and trustworthy team, that executes and supervises the variety of works involved. This allows our clients to concentrate on their own jobs, professions, family commitments and also to relax when they come to Aldeburgh. We undertake anything from a small plumbing, electrical, decorative, or general maintenance repair, to a full renovation, or refurbishment project. Colour Bank is best described as being a company that is ‘large enough to cope, whilst being small enough to care’.
We have a dedicated, skilful and experienced team of tradesmen, who take much pride and care in their work. We are proud to have gained significant professional accreditations, client and professional references and many positive client testimonials. We are always pleased to allow prospective new clients to view our reference documentation and to also refer them to existing clients, with properties in the local area.
Colour Bank Services is an accredited and approved member of the Dulux Select Decorators Scheme. As such, our interior and exterior decorative work is underwritten by Dulux Paints, the UK’s leading paint manufacturer. We are also trained and certified in the use of the specialist remedial joinery Repair Care products. Colour Bank is an accredited and approved member of the Government endorsed Trust Mark Scheme.
We take all matters of Health and Safety seriously. Therefore, we are Health and Safety aware and accredited by the Construction Industry Training Board’s SSSTS Site Supervisors Health and Safety Scheme.
Colour Bank Services is comprehensively insured, as a main contractor and we carry significant ‘all risks’ cover. Insurance documents are readily available for inspection.
