“Colour Bank Services, under the leadership of Dominic Collins, completed a significant refurbishment project at my property in Aldeburgh. The work included a major external refurbishment and decoration of both traditional windows and brickwork. The concrete tiled roof was also replaced with traditional slate.

Throughout the project, Dominic was extremely responsive and professional.  He provided details of all developments as the work progressed. The updates were in the form of emails and photos of both before and after, which I received on a daily basis. The impact of this, was that I was always fully appraised on progress and involved in all decisions, despite not being in the local area. This proactive communication was much appreciated and, in my experience of builders, pretty unique.

During the project I met some of the workmen in Dominic’s team who delivered the project and was very happy with them.  I was also very impressed by his rigorous approach to health and safety, which was really important given the scaffolding required to complete the work.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the quality of the work, which exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely thrilled at the results, which were achieved with the minimum personal stress. Since the property is a holiday home and is all about relaxing, this is really important to me.

“Review of work undertaken for us by Colour Bank Services Ltd.  The tasks completed were:- a completely new shower room including the replacement of bath by fully flexible shower unit, plus sink unit with storage cupboard, lighted mirror, new toilet, new radiator and new flooring.
